The most easy thing to do is order online, we collate your order and then it’s into our delivery process and off to your home.

Timing of orders

We process orders throughout the week, however, many orders will be completed and delivered over the weekend so the best time to order from is prior to Friday morning, to ensure you get your delivery as quickly as possible from your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Merseyside ONLY:

Delivery

Were is possible we will deliver across Merseyside. Where this is not possible, items will be sent out using Royal Mail and securely packed. In listing a delivery address in our order form, you are representing to us that this is within the Merseyside area. If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock or is not available to be dispatched immediately, we will contact you to let you know an estimated delivery date. One of our deliverers will deliver your order. We will only process orders from customers who are eighteen years or over. This is for reasons of Licensing of Alcohol and Credit Card use. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered (whether in part or in full) that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

UK Only

Delivery

This will depend on the payment method, what items you have ordered and where you live. If you order a single item and send payment by cash or Paypal the item will be posted on either the same day the payment arrives or the next working day. Items paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. Bulky items will be send by Royal Mail Parcels. These items can take up to fourteen working days to be delivered, but usually only take a few days.

International

For international customers goods will be send by Royal Mail Surface Mail.

If you are not satisfied with your product, please return your purchase with in 10 days of receipt for changes or for a complete refund of the purchase price of the product, excluding all shipping charges. All products pictured represent what your item will look like.
