Cooking Guidelines:

Serves 3 to 4. Kitchen to Table in 15 to 20 minutes

1. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir-fry 3-4 diced chicken breasts for 5 minutes

2. Stir in the Fennel & Apricot Tagine Sauce and bring to a simmer

3. Serve hot with couscous, rice or salad

Good also with lamb, vegetables or tofu
