Sweet, succulent tomatoes and red onions are enriched with the distinctive Mediterranean flavours of smoked pimenton, delicate saffron and notes of piri-piri chillies. Cooking Guidelines:

Serves 3 to 4. Kitchen to Table in 20 to 25 minutes.

1. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir-fry 200g of diced sausage (try chorizo) for a couple of minutes

2. Add 2-3 diced chicken breasts and continue to stir-fry for a further 5 minutes

3. Stir in the Pimenton Bravas Sauce and simmer until chicken is cooked

4. Serve hot with rice and salad

Good also with vegetables or lamb
