Cooking Guidelines:

Serves 3 to 4. Kitchen to Table in 15 minutes

1. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir-fry 500g of prawns (try raw shelled tiger prawns) until just pink

2. Stir in the Panang Sauce and bring to a simmer

3. Serve hot with rice or noodles

Good also with fish, chicken, lamb or beef
